“ Thank you, Queen, for setting me up with a full bowl of red beans and rice-- a small portion would not have been enough. And the meat?! Wow!! The pulled pork with the bbq sauce is exceptional; the blackened chicken is the centerpiece; and those blackened sausage cuts are a nice addition to the trifecta. The mac 'n cheese are a great compliment to the pork. What a feast! I LOVE Ernst Cafe!! ”
